Account and purchase data

We may process your name, email, order identifiers, license plan, activation state and device-seat information needed to deliver and manage your license.

Device activation

For licensing, the desktop app sends a one-way hashed device fingerprint plus limited device/app metadata such as device name, platform, architecture and app version.

Downloads and browser integration

Normal downloads are processed locally by the TezFetch desktop app. The licensing service does not require a history of files you download. Temporary browser/session information may be used locally when needed for authorized downloads.

Payments

Payment details are handled by the selected payment provider. TezFetch receives order/customer status needed to issue and manage licenses; it does not need to store full card details.

Security and retention

License keys are protected at rest, authentication tokens are hashed or encrypted where appropriate, and administrative actions are audited. Data is retained as reasonably necessary for licensing, fraud prevention, accounting and support.
